COVID-19 Precautions

COVID screening


We will screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 upon arrival to camp daily and take temperatures

  • Fever (>100.4) or chills
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Congestion or runny nose

Hand Hygiene

Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing stations will be available during outdoor activities

Our campers will be divided into groups of 15 or less and will be outside 90% of the time.

Environmental Cleaning

High-touch surfaces and work areas will be sanitized twice daily.

We have hospital-grade air filtration systems that remove 98.5% of all airborne bacteria and viruses. We were able to maintain a zero case rate for COVID-19 as well as a zero spread of any illness during an entire school year with an unmasked population of 20.

Facial Coverings

Facial coverings may be worn as desired. They will be required during the 2 hours each week during art class at the Dover Art Center.

Management of Suspected or Confirmed Cases

If you become ill with any of the aforementioned symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, please alert the Camp Director ( immediately. Communication will go out to all the families if there is an exposure via the email provided.
